I did basicly the same months ago but I archived rather then delete.
I had a bit of a different reason besides all the reasons you mentioned.
I tended to post and then not stick around for responses. So I would find myself going back to FB a few weeks later and seeing my friends unanswered questions and ignored comments. That wasn't fair to them.
It has its good points so I keep an account. It's especially wonderful when I find an oldfriend and can see how they are doing. And now on FB and real life I'm connected to cousins, nieces and nephews I didn't even know I had.
It's also fair to say we all want to leave our stories behind for our children and theirs. Hopefully SubStack is a good way for this.
